In accordance with best practices and compliance
directives, agents are permitted to take the 2011 CMS Medicare certification
exam and Universal American product certification exam via the Gorman Web site a
maximum of two times each to achieve the required passing grade of 85% or
better.
If an agent or potential agent should fail the
UAM certification exam a second time, he or she will not be eligible to sell
2011 Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug plans for any Universal American
subsidiary company. There will be no exceptions to
this policy.

In an effort to better serve you and provide the most timely commission
payments, I am requesting that you submit your
Highmark
business via this
excel spreadsheet by the 1st of every month. When submitting
your
January 1, 2012 business also include all of your January
effectives where a renewal commission is due to you. Continue to include those
renewals for every month thereafter.
